Hasco’s Response to COVID-19

While these are certainly trying times, we are confident that all of us will persevere and come out stronger on the other side. Although the changes that we are making to contain the COVID virus will have significant impacts, we believe they are manageable and are ready to stand with our community in this battle.

As you are aware, Governor Gavin Newsome issued Executive Order N-33-20 to take effect today, 3/20/2020. In the Executive Order, certain industries are considered a “federal critical infrastructure sector” and will remain open and operate as normal. We have determined that Hasco and Pacific Precision Formulators, our manufacturing division, meet the criteria of a part of the “critical infrastructure sector” and will continue to function as usual while adhering to the
CDC safeguards. For more information on critical infrastructure, please see the link below.

In regard to health precautions we have instituted the following:

  • Our facilities are readily stocked with hand sanitizer, soap, and disinfectants
  • We ask that our employees schedule their meetings virtually or over the phone while practicing social distancing
  • All delivery drivers will be required to wear gloves
  • We have medical masks that have been made available to all of our employees
  • We are implementing working from home procedures should this become necessary
  • We ask that any employee that may have been exposed to or is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 stay home
  • For the foreseeable future, we will not allow unauthorized personnel to visit Hasco and PPF facilities for the wellbeing of your safety
  • We ask that you please communicate any specific needs around deliveries in advance
  • During this time face to face contact will be limited and meetings will be arranged virtually to accommodate for social distancing

During this difficult time, Hasco and PPF will strive to assist you in meeting your business objectives in any way possible. Although these are uncertain times, we believe that fear could be as crippling as the virus itself and encourage everyone to come together as Americans and fight COVID-19 with the strength that is the hallmark of this nation. Let’s take care of our families, reach out to our co-workers and neighbors to see if they need help and kick this thing in the…

Let’s not succumb to the fear and make this our finest hour. #AmericanStrength.
